with your Texture Haircut
Your 1st Texture Haircut
APPOINTMENT LENGTH: 1.5 to 2 hours
THE PROCESS: Our stylists will start with a dry shaping. Next, cleanse, condition, style, and dry with your natural texture. Once your hair is dry, our stylist will fine-tune and detail your shape.
How to arrive to the salon for your Natural Texture Cut
For best results with your natural texture cut, we need to see the natural texture of your hair. Please follow the instructions below.
DO arrive with your hair down, dry, and detangled.
DO arrive with little to no product in your hair. Our stylists can get their fingers and/or combs through it.
DON’T arrive with hair put back in clips, a ponytail, or in a hat.
DON’T arrive with hard or crunchy product in your hair. Our stylists need to get their fingers and/or comb through your hair.
Your Follow-up Texture Haircuts
WHEN TO BOOK: Within 6 months of your first cut
APPOINTMENT LENGTH: 30 to 60 minutes
THE PROCESS: When you return to The Hair Parlour within six months of your initial cut, and would like a trim of your existing shape we offer dry shaping services.
How to arrive to the salon for your Dry Shaping Cut
With dry shaping, the more defined the texture, the better.
DO arrive with your hair be styled how it is most commonly worn.
DO arrive with little to no product in your hair. Our stylists can get their fingers and/or combs through it.
DON’T arrive with hair put back in clips, a ponytail, or in a hat.
DON’T arrive with hard or crunchy product in your hair. Our stylists need to get their fingers and/or comb through your hair.
