Our Associate Program is designed to train the next generation of stylists through real client experiences under the guidance of our senior team.
About the Associate Program at The Hair Parlor
Our associates are licensed cosmetologists/apprentice cosmetologists who are continuing their education through our Summit Salon–inspired training program. They work closely with our Senior stylists to refine their skills, build confidence, and deliver beautiful results.
This program allows guests to receive professional services at a reduced rate while supporting a stylist in training.
